Practice Name one skill you have quietly stopped exercising since a machine started doing it for you. Do the next instance yourself, unassisted, and grade the atrophy honestly. Then decide in writing whether that skill is one you are retiring on purpose or one you will pay to keep, because the difference between those two is the whole argument of this course.
