The interface is ready. Public authenticated intake remains off until the hosted migration and feature flag are deployed together.

The whole sequence

  1. 1. Write. The page already knows what you are responding to.
  2. 2. Sign. Secure sign-in adds identity and provenance only when you submit.
  3. 3. Review. You receive a stable receipt and can revise or withdraw.
  4. 4. Decide. A steward may accept the proposal. Publication remains a separate governed act.

From an agent

Use Codex, Claude Code, or another MCP harness in a small contributor-owned workspace. The MNSTRY source repository is not required.
