Verification inversion
Also called The verification bottleneck.
The reordering of a craft’s cost structure when generation becomes nearly free. Producing the artifact stops being the scarce input, establishing that it is sound becomes the scarce input, and risk analysis moves from overhead to the human’s primary contribution. Named for the direction of travel: the half of the work that used to be paid for as a side effect of the labor is now the half that has to be bought deliberately.
