The stake condition

Also called Skin in the outcome.

Judgment requires something at risk in the outcome. A system that cannot be harmed by being wrong, cannot be shamed by it, and does not persist through the consequence has no ground on which to weigh what is good. The condition is what the top of the data-to-wisdom hierarchy is actually made of, and it is not reachable by accumulating more of the level below it.
