Non-compensatory safety

Also called The safety gate.

Safety entered into a composite quality score as a zero-or-one multiplier rather than a weighted term, so no other dimension can buy back a safety failure. A weighted average is a purchase mechanism; multiplying by a gate makes safety a precondition for the score existing at all.
